Refund and Returns

At Mir Electro BD, we value customer satisfaction and want to ensure a hassle-free return and refund process. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are exempt from our return policy. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Please note: To complete your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Process
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, follow these steps for a smooth return process:

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for:
    • Books with obvious signs of use
    • Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, and other media
    • Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (refund processing may take time).
  3. Contact your bank for further processing time. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at [email address].

Sale Items
Please note, only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at [email address] and return the item to [physical address].

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After receiving the item, we will send a gift certificate for the return value.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if it was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be processed to the gift giver’s original payment method.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on where you are located, it may take several days for your returned product to be received.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
